I build companies, brands and digital products.

I am Clemens Kauschke, entrepreneur and co-founder of several companies. I have been self-employed since 2016. My path led me from film and brand strategy to building digital products and own companies.

I studied in Taiwan and learned Chinese there — then completed my Bachelor's in Hamburg, studying economics in Chinese. That time shaped how I work across cultures and languages.

Today I lead NXT YOU as CEO and Co-Founder. With NXT STUDIOS, ASYMMETRY and SKAEL I have co-founded further companies that bring together different capabilities: technology, brand, content and growth.

What interests me most: working with people who have something in mind — and together building the structures, teams and products that turn it into a viable company. I get involved operationally: with experience from my own startups, a grown network and the ambition to take responsibility for implementation.

In 2022 I was included in the Business Punk Top 100. Since 2024 I have been engaged as a Senator in the Senat der Wirtschaft Deutschland. Both mean a lot to me and strengthen me in bringing entrepreneurial experience and seeking exchange with others. I am driven to build companies that last — with people I enjoy taking this path with.
